A successful entrepreneur since 1995, Olivier is renowned for his strategic investments in the consumer goods and real estate sectors. A graduate of the École Centrale de Paris, he launched his first company during his studies, before creating and selling several innovative companies in fields such as petroleum engineering, cybersecurity, digital marketing and web hosting.

An IT solutions architect with over 20 years' experience in digital technologies, Benoît founded his first hosting company in 1998 before becoming an investor and entrepreneur. Benoît is passionate about security, innovation and cutting-edge technologies, and holds a master's degree in law, economics and information management.
COO
Pascal has over 25 years' experience in IT security. He has worked with CISOs and operational teams at major accounts as a consultant, auditor or architect, and then as a GRC solution integrator, helping his customers to increase their maturity in terms of digitalising cybersecurity and compliance processes. Pascal will be in charge of Operations (PreSales, Software Development, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success Management teams) at Smart Global Governance in autumn 2023, having previously integrated the Smart GRC solution as Head of GRC at an end-customer. Pascal holds a Master's degree in Network and Systems Engineering.

With over 10 years' experience in the administration and organisation of companies and NGOs, Nathalie Legrand brings valuable and recognised expertise to the table. A multilingual (French, Spanish, Italian and English), she holds a Master's degree in Communications and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Development. A key member of Smart Global Governance since its creation, Nathalie actively contributes to its development and operational excellence.
